After carefully evaluating the assignment you submitted, the Talent Acquisition team presents a job offer. If all goes well, we extend congratulations on your successful hiring.

The main aim of our Sales team is to drive revenue while acting as trusted consultants to our customers. Our team is made up of experts in account management, business development, and customer service. We work closely with other departments to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers. As a Senior Account Executive at Unifonic, you lead the charge in securing new enterprise clients, expanding into strategic verticals, and strengthening Unifonic’s presence in the market. You will oversee large-scale, complex opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive Unifonic’s brand reputation through proactive leadership and innovation. The ideal candidate is a strong hunter with proven success in enterprise business development, capable of navigating long sales cycles, building executive relationships, and delivering high-impact solutions. 

Help us shape the future of communications by:

  • Building and executing strategic business development plans focused solely on new customer acquisition and market expansion. 

  • Identifying, qualifying, and developing new enterprise opportunities through structured prospecting, networking, and market intelligence. 

  • Leading engagements with large and complex organizations, driving opportunity evaluation, prioritization, and structured pursuit strategies. 

  • Cultivating and expanding relationships by introducing innovative solutions that align with client needs and market trends. 

  • Providing leadership in forecasting new business opportunities, setting proactive pipeline strategies, and ensuring disciplined pipeline management. 

  • Formulating and presenting comprehensive financial and technical proposals that align with customer requirements and Unifonic’s value proposition. 

  • Developing standardized budget and pricing models to accurately estimate project costs and profit margins. 

  • Tracking, reviewing, and reporting on the status of all proposals and ensuring high-quality submissions in collaboration with internal teams. 

  • Presenting Unifonic’s experiences, capabilities, and success stories to build client confidence and position Unifonic as a trusted strategic partner. 

  • Studying the competition to craft differentiated value propositions and building strategic partnerships that expand Unifonic’s reach across new industries. 

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to drive opportunity closure. 

  • Representing Unifonic at industry events, exhibitions, and forums to strengthen market presence and generate new business leads. 

  • Accepting ownership for accomplishing new projects, exploring new opportunities, and contributing to Unifonic’s organizational growth and brand reputation. 

Job requirements

What you will bring:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) enterprise sales or business development, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition. 

  • Proven track record of consistently winning new large-scale enterprise accounts, preferably within SaaS, CPaaS, or AI-driven technology sectors. 

  • Experience in navigating complex organizations, structuring multi-stakeholder engagements, and prioritizing high-value opportunities. 

  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, proposal development, and deal structuring for complex enterprise sales. 

  • Established network within strategic industries such as BFSI, Government, Retail, or E-commerce is a strong advantage. 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 

  • Strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills. 

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and strong operational discipline in opportunity tracking and forecasting. 

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership and delivering results. 

  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
