At Unifonic, our Revenue Operations team transforms data into actionable insights that drive growth and strategic decision-making. We work cross-functionally to provide clarity, alignment, and measurable impact across all revenue channels.
As a Data Analyst, you will own the analysis of Unifonic’s revenue data identifying trends, seasonality, and key performance drivers. Your insights will shape sales forecasts, optimize revenue streams, and enhance visibility across the entire revenue funnel.
Help us shape the future of communication by:
Collecting, clean, and structure revenue-related data (sales, renewals, churn, ARPU, etc.).
Analyzing trends, seasonality, and anomalies; identify best practices and performance gaps.
Building dashboards and reports for sales, finance, and operations to monitor KPIs.
Providing regular analyses: e.g. monthly/quarterly revenue performance vs forecast; pipeline conversion; gap analyses.
Supporting forecasting efforts by supplying inputs, validating models, and helping to refine assumptions.
Working with teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to define metrics, ensure data integrity, ensure that data capture supports analysis.
Assisting in implementing tools/automations for data collection, reporting, and visualization.
Job requirements
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or anything else relevant
A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, revenue operations, or business analytics, preferably in the SaaS or CPaaS industry.
Experience in Excel and data manipulation, as well as familiarity with business intelligence tools like tableau.
Strong statistical and quantitative thinking and reasoning, and experience in analyzing revenue data.
Solid understanding of revenue, pipeline, and sales metrics and indicators.
Excellent communication skills and great attention to detail.
Curious, proactive, and comfortable with working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
