3. Technical Assignment

At this stage, the Talent Acquisition team provides you with a mini-assignment and a timeline for delivery based on the role you are being considered for.

4. You're Hired

After carefully evaluating the assignment you submitted, the Talent Acquisition team presents a job offer. If all goes well, we extend congratulations on your successful hiring.

We’re looking for a talented Business Finance & IR Manager to join our team in Amman. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape Unifonic’s financial journey and drive strategic initiatives that fuel our growth.

As our Business Finance & IR Manager, you’ll be the linchpin connecting strategic financial planning, business insights, and investor relations. Your role will ensure Unifonic’s continued growth and alignment with our ambitious goals. You will:

  • Driving Financial Strategy: Leading the development and execution of strategic financial plans, aligning with company goals to maximize value creation.

  • Investor Relations: Serving as a key point of contact for investors, articulating Unifonic’s story, vision, and financial health. Prepare investor materials, including presentations and performance updates.

  • Performance Optimization: Analyzing financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to improve operational and financial performance.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across departments to align financial objectives with operational goals, ensuring transparent communication with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

  • Budgeting and Reporting: Oversee budgeting processes and monthly performance reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic priorities.

  • Be a strategic and financial advisor to the business and operations to ensure we take the right business decisions that maximize value.

Job requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 10+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or similar role(s) (e.g. Business Finance), with a deep focus and understanding of business strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Investor Relations experience in public company is a plus.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage stakeholders, including investors and leadership.

  • Proven ability to align financial planning with business objectives.

  • Deep understanding of financial markets and trends, particularly in SaaS or high-growth tech companies.

  • Experience managing complex financial reporting and forecasting processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
